Introduction

Your financial details, which is necessary for us to provide you with a service you contract us to do in relation to a rental or sale of a property.

Information which you volunteer to us and consent to us using in order for us to provide you with a service.

When you have consented to us using your data in a specified way. (You may withdraw your consent at any time.)

Where the use of your information is necessary for us to provide you with a service or a contract you have entered into with us in relation to renting or buying a property. At times we may use the contact information you have volunteered to us even though you may not be our client, e.g., you may be a potential client regarding a sale or rental.

Who We Share Your Information With

We may share your information with statutory and regulatory bodies and law enforcement authorities in order to comply with a legal obligation.

We may share your information (with your consent) with service providers and third parties in order to facilitate transactions requested by you.

We share your information with third parties when it is in connection with the sale or purchase of a property by you or the rental or leasing of a property by you.

How Long We Hold Your Information For

Under current legislation we are required to retain client records for 6 years following the completion of work.

As set by the Revenue Commissioners and the Property Regulatory Authority, we hold your data in line with legislation and regulatory rules.

Updating, Verifying and Deleting Personal Data

You may wish to inform us of any changes to your personal data that you would like us to update. You may also request to have your personal data deleted from our records.
